Yes. Every per-box price on this page includes 18% GST. Freight is not included - it is billed at actuals separately and depends on your delivery city and route from our Mansa plant.

ORA-brand off-the-shelf bottles ship from 1 box. Custom-label one-time and contract tiers require a minimum of 200 boxes per size per order. Contract rates lock in for 12 months.

ORA-brand ships from stock with our default label - fastest dispatch, no artwork wait. Custom-label puts your brand, colours and logo on every bottle after a free 72-hour artwork mockup. Custom orders have MOQ and add 10-12 working days for production after artwork approval.

Yes on some sizes - larger sizes carry a bulk-tier price when you cross 300 boxes in a single one-time order. The 200 ml and 250 ml SKUs are flat-priced this cycle (no bulk break). Contract customers get a locked-in reduced rate regardless of individual order size.

Yes. A single delivery can combine 200 ml and 250 ml boxes. MOQ is calculated per size, not per invoice, so a mixed order still needs 200 boxes per format for custom-label tiers.

ORA-brand orders dispatch in 24-48 hours from Mansa. Custom-label first orders take approximately 15 days after final artwork approval; repeat contract orders ship in ~7 working days. Add 2-3 days if plant maintenance is scheduled.

Yes. Contract customers pay a fully refundable Rs.20,000 sticker security deposit when the contract is signed. The deposit is returned in full once the committed carton volume has been delivered.

Effective 19 September 2026. The 200 ml ORA-brand tier moved from Rs.180 to Rs.190, the 200 ml contract rate moved from Rs.220 to Rs.230, and the 300-box bulk tier at Rs.240 was retired. The 250 ml SKU was repacked from 36-bottle alkaline to 24-bottle Premium Mineral at Rs.192. Contract customers on live agreements keep their locked-in rate until renewal.
